How Do I Place An Order?
When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up
your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to
your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation
page to review your answers for accuracy. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.
What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve
or decline your request.
If approved, the physician will forward your request to the pharmacy where it will be processed
and shipped to you via FedEx priority overnight. Your order will include information explaining
the usage, dose, and precautionary information. You will also receive contact information
for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your order.
After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in real-time by logging into
the help desk. When your order ships, the FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you so
you may track its progress through the FedEx system.

Our shipping options for the continental USA are as follows: FedEx overnight at a charge of $16.00 or FedEx Ground at a charge of $6.00
Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are shipped at $29.00.
We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your order.
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes at this time. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.
Cancellation Policy

Do You Ship Orders Everyday?
We do not process orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard
Time on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.
